Brad Balmuth is a Member of the Firm. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and New York, Certified in Financial Forensics, a Certified Valuations Analyst, a Diplomat of the American Board of Forensic Accounting and a Fellow of the American College of Forensic Examiners. He has practiced accounting and advising for closely held family businesses for over 30 years.
Brad services clients in the automotive, distribution, entertainment, manufacturing, health care, professional services, and hospitality industries. He has provided these companies and their owners with accounting, forensic, litigation, business valuation, and strategic planning services. He is an expert witness in the courts of New York and New Jersey.
Brad is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, The New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, The National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and The American College of Forensic Examiners. He serves on Smolin Lupin’s Forensic Services and Valuations and Marketing committees.
Brad is actively involved in the community. He is a Trustee for the Girls and Lifelong Strategies Inc. and is a founding member of the Brunswick Area Networking Group. Brad is a graduate of Brooklyn College, The City University of New York with a B.S. in Accounting. He practices out of our Red Bank, New Jersey office.
