Shannon Mosier is a Manager of the Firm. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and has practiced accounting for over 30 years.

Shannon specializes in CAAS, Client Accounting & Advisory Services, as well as financial and tax accounting, with experience in litigation support, valuation services, and mergers and acquisitions for closely held businesses across industries like construction, engineering, retail, real estate, not-for-profit, and professional services.

Shannon is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA).

She serves on the Board of Trustees of HABcore, Inc. and co-chairs the Fund Development Committee and enjoys volunteering with various other not-for-profit organizations in the area. Shannon was recently awarded the NJCPA 2024 Ovation Award – Women to Watch. She was also the recipient of the 2026 Volunteer of the Year Spinnaker Award from the Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce.

Shannon is a graduate of University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She practices out of our Red Bank, New Jersey office and resides in Brick Township.
