Randal Pernicone

Controller

Randal Pernicone is the Controller of the Firm. He collaborates with the Executive Committee, Individual Members of the Firm, IT, HR, Marketing & Administrative departments on all financial matters including, but not limited to: Monthly – Internal Financial and Management Reporting, including dashboard metrics; Processing Payments to Vendors; Processing and Monitoring of Internal Payroll; Processing and Monitoring of Collections from Clients; Maintenance and Compliance with Banking and Commercial Insurance partners; Filing of Firm Annual Regulatory Licenses and Quarterly Sales Tax filings; Budgeting and Planning; Identify and implement Process Improvements and Automation opportunities; Supervise Staff; Annual – Financial Statement, Tax Return and Form 1099 Preparation; and Special Projects.

Randal earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fordham University and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from New York University. He works out of our Parsippany, NJ office and resides in Bergen County, NJ with his family.
