With a robust background spanning human resources, business operations, administration, and client finance, Janess leverages her diverse experience to drive excellence in the dynamic environment of public accounting.

Janess holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College, City University of New York, and has further enhanced her HR expertise through continuing education. Janess resides in Northern New Jersey with her husband.
