Denise Klika is a Director of the Firm. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey, accredited in Business Valuations, and Certified in Financial Forensics. She has practiced public accounting for more than 25 years.

Denise is dedicated to serving her clients. She has provided these companies and their owners with audit, business valuations, forensic accounting, fraud investigation, and litigation support assistance.

Denise is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Denise is a graduate of Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She practices out of our Red Bank, New Jersey office.
