David P. Molinaro is a Member of the Firm. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and has been practicing public accounting for over 40 years.

Dave services clients in the wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, advertising, and professional service industries. He provides these companies and their owners with tax and accounting support. Dave’s clients also include high-net-worth individuals and families.

Dave is dedicated to the professional organizations he participates in. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Dave is a member of the NJSCPA Professional Conduct Committee. He is also past Chairman and member of the NJSCPA Non‐Profit Interest Group Committee and the NJSCPA Political Action Committee. Dave is on the Board of Allies, Inc., a leading New Jersey non-profit agency dedicated to supporting youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving the highest level of independence. Allies accomplishes this through comprehensive programs and services designed to meet the specialized needs and goals of each person they support. Dave is past President of the Board of Directors of Abilities of Northwest Jersey, a not-profit organization.

He serves on Smolin Lupin’s Internal Finance and Information Technology Committees.
Dave is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He practices out of our Parsippany, New Jersey office and resides in New Providence, New Jersey.
