CJ Pulcine, CPA, CFF

FORENSIC AND VALUATION SERVICES MANAGER 

CJ Pulcine is a Forensic and Valuation Services Manager at our Firm. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New Jersey and a member of both the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF). CJ has more than seven years of experience in financial audit, forensic accounting, and fraud investigation, working across both public accounting and corporate environments.

He serves clients across a wide range of industries, providing companies and their legal counsel with forensic accounting services related to financial fraud investigations, matrimonial litigation, commercial litigation support, business valuation analyses, and shareholder dispute resolution. His work focuses on uncovering the financial truth behind complex data to assist clients in protecting assets, mitigating risk, and strengthening litigation strategy.

In his role on the Smolin forensic team, CJ leverages his investigative background and deep analytical expertise to support attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle. This includes asset tracing, assessment of financial misconduct, damages analysis, and preparation of financial evidence for mediation, depositions, and trial.

CJ is a graduate of New Jersey City University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and Ocean County College with an Associate’s of Science in Homeland Security. CJ practices out of our Red Bank, New Jersey office and resides in Middletown, New Jersey.
