Stephen Antenucci, CPA is an Audit and Accounting Director with the Firm. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and brings more than 20 years of experience in financial reporting, advisory services, and audit and attest engagements across both public accounting and private industry environments.

Stephen serves clients across a wide range of industries, including Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Distribution. He specializes in Outsourced CFO Services as well as Auditing and Attestation, helping middle-market businesses navigate complex financial lifecycles related to production, development, and distribution. Drawing on experience in both public accounting and private industry, he provides practical insight into financial strategy, operations, and compliance. Stephen focuses on aligning financial strategy with business goals to support growth, mitigate risk, and optimize cash flow, and is known for his thoughtful, solution-oriented approach.

Stephen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA).

Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Kean University. He practices out of our Red Bank, New Jersey office.
