Richard J. Boyd is a Member of the Firm. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and has more than 35 years of experience in public accounting.

Rich services clients in the real estate, manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, and professional services industries. He provides these companies and their owners with accounting, tax and management consulting services for private and closely held businesses, high net worth individuals, trusts, and estates.

Rich is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Property Owners Association of New Jersey.

Rich serves on the Smolin Wealth Advisors committee and is a Trustee of the Firm’s 401(k) plan. He formerly served as treasurer on the Board of Trustees of the New Providence Education Foundation.

Rich is a graduate of Grove City College (PA) with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He practices out of our Parsippany, New Jersey office and resides in New Providence.
