Tax Supervisor – Plantation, FL
Salary Range: $90,000–$130,000/annually (DOE)
- Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Prepare and review complex tax returns for C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and high-net worth individuals, ensuring financial accuracy. Identify and assist with tax planning opportunities, provide consulting services to clients, and participate in client management. Conduct tax research and draft memoranda on technical issues. Manage multiple client engagements independently and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Communicate with clients and tax authorities regarding tax matters and controversies. Collaborate with audit and advisory teams for integrated client service. Supervise, mentor, and train staff and seniors. Participate in firm enhancement, marketing efforts, and various projects and initiatives beyond core responsibilities.
- Qualifications: CPA preferred, 4-7 years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax compliance and planning. Strong understanding of tax laws and accounting principles. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s in Taxation preferred. Proficiency in tax software (CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx) and Microsoft Office.
