He brings more than 25 years of experience in enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, and cybersecurity across top 100 global accounting firms. Don is known for aligning IT initiatives with business goals to drive innovation and deliver measurable impact in areas such as cloud infrastructure, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Throughout his career, Don has led organizations through scalable growth, operational efficiency improvements, and enhanced performance. His expertise has helped reduce costs while strengthening digital capabilities and security posture.

Don has served as a trusted advisor to executive teams and Boards, and his leadership continues to support Smolin’s commitment to innovation, security, and operational excellence. He practices out of our Red Bank, New Jersey office.
