James (Jamie) A. Raymond, Jr. is a Director of the Firm. A licensed CPA in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Jamie brings over 19 years of technical accounting and auditing experience, having worked with public and private companies across the New York Metro Area.

Jamie is recognized for his hands-on approach to client service, assisting with complex accounting matters and leading teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. His industry experience spans professional services, retail, shipping, transportation, manufacturing and distribution, technology, restaurants, and hospitality. He is well-versed in both U.S. GAAP and IFRS and is a trusted advisor on technical accounting issues and strategic decision-making.

He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA) and serves on the Citizens Bank Advisory Board.

Jamie earned his B.A. in Accounting from Moravian University. Outside of work, he’s an avid Jets fan—his family has held season tickets for 34 years—and enjoys spending time at the Jersey Shore or on the golf course. He practices out of Smolin’s Parsippany, New Jersey office.
