Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation of C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns
- Preparation of payroll tax, sales and local tax and individual income tax returns
- Research and draft memorandum involving tax matters
- Identify tax planning opportunities
- Consult with/for clients
- Assist with training of junior staff accountants
Requirements for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Accounting degree or similar
- CPA eligible
- 1-2 years of public accounting experience
- Skills in bookkeeping/write-up and income tax/payroll return preparation
- Good communications, written and oral
