Diane McNulty, CPA is a Member of the Firm practicing from Smolin’s Red Bank office. With over 30 years of experience, Diane provides accounting, tax and advisory services to privately held businesses, individuals and employee benefit plans in the construction, manufacturing/distribution, real estate holding and not for profit industries. Her experience includes providing audit, review and compilation financial reporting services as well as corporate and individual tax compliance and tax planning.

Diane graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Accounting and is a licensed CPA in the State of New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accounts and the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts.

Diane serves as a board member for 180 Turning Lives Around, an organization supporting survivors of domestic and sexual abuse. She was recognized as one of NJBIZ’s 50 Best Women in Business (2015), one of the 25 Leading Women Intrapreneurs (2018) and one of the Professional Women in Construction (NJ chapter) Women of Achievement (2018).
