Joe is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a Bachelor’s in History cum laude and Seton Hall University School of Law cum laude. He then went on to graduate from the New York University School of Law with an LLM in Taxation. Joe is a resident of North Palm Beach Florida and commutes between Florida and New Jersey.
As a 30 year veteran of tax law, Joe’s career specializes in finance, legal and tax engagements with an emphasis on international taxation. Joe focuses his practice in the fields of, aerospace/defense, healthcare, chemicals and real estate development.
Recognizing the value of servant leadership, Joe is civically engaged and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Italian American Bar Association. He also previously served on the Board of Directors of MD On-Line, The Charlotte Opera and the Echo Foundation.
To honor his time at Seton Hall and to support future generations of academically gifted students, in December 2014, Joe established the Joseph F. Andolino Endowed Scholarship Fund at Seton Hall University, which will award scholarships to current and future Seton Hall University undergraduate students. Believing that education is a transformative experience, Joe says, “if I can help a deserving student, who lacks funds, but has the drive to transform his or her life, nothing better can be accomplished with my money.”
