As a result, we are able conduct a thorough review of the target company's financial statements, key financial ratios, accounting records, tax records, operating procedures, and any filings with relevant governmental agencies. We identify "questionable practices" and transactions that appear as truly legitimate in addition to determine the overall health of a company now and in the future.

We evaluate the quality of recurring cash flows, the target company's assets, any and all matters that could affect the purchase price or conditions in the contract. One of our main goals is to determine if there are any "deal breakers" that could be detected.
